Postage & Handling

Payment Policy

Payment for all orders is required prior to delivery
Payment via Paypal and Shopify payment portal
All major credit cards are accepted through secure payment processor
Prices are inclusive of GST.
Orders are supplied with a tax invoice. Invoices are emailed and generally not sent with goods. Please send us your email address and we will email you a copy.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is to your fixed street address. Please make sure your address is correct before you pay.
If you have special delivery instructions, please notify us in advance.
Delivery times are dependent on destination and other factors.
Shipping is either via Startrack or Auspost. Generally, you will need to sign to receive your item.
Shipping to most PO BOXES is generally accepted. If we cannot we will ask for a fixed street address prior to delivery.
If stock is available, all items will be sent within 3 business days. Our aim is always send by next business day.
Pick up is not available

Conditions of Sale and Returns Policy

30 day exchange or refund available as per the following conditions -
Buyer pays return postage
Proof of purchase required
Item must not have been used and must be in original packaging
Warranty claims can be sent to us our direct to the manufacturer with a proof of purchase
